Washing custom sneakers

For custom shoes, DO NOT MACHINE WASH. To clean them, use a cloth damp with NEUTRAL soap and water and once washed, dry them with a dry cloth (the shoe must not be left to dry in the sun). Do not spray any type of cleaning product (such as degreaser) on your shoes. Do not expose the shoe to excessively strong heat sources and finally, avoid scratches and/or rubbing.

In the event of damage resulting from incorrect washing, it is not possible to return the product.
